1. Lenchada Tourist Camp

Lenchada Tourist Camp is a budget-friendly, eco-friendly tented camp located on the Oloolaimutia Hills on the boundary of the Maasai Mara National Reserve. Situated at an elevation of 1,850 meters above sea level, it offers a pleasant climate and is approximately 2.5 km from the Ololaimuita entrance gate.


 

2. Rhino Tourist Camp

Rhino Tourist Camp is a budget-friendly safari camp situated on the slopes of the Oloolaimutia Hills in the Maasai Mara ecosystem. Located approximately 1 km from the Oloolaimutia Gate, it serves as a strategic base for travelers seeking an affordable wilderness experience with quick access to the national reserve.

 

3. Miti Mingi Eco Camp

Miti Mingi Eco Camp is a budget safari camp situated just 500 metres from the Ololaimutiek Gate of the Maasai Mara National Reserve. The camp's name, "Miti Mingi" (Swahili for "many trees"), reflects its location under a lush canopy of indigenous trees that provides a cool retreat and attracts diverse birdlife.

 

4. Flair Camp Experiences

Flair Camp Experiences is a budget-friendly safari camp located in Ololaimutiek Village, approximately a 5-minute drive from the Ololaimutiek Gate of the Maasai Mara National Reserve. The camp is designed to offer an authentic bush living experience through a blend of comfort and affordability.

5. Enkorok Mara Camp

Enkorok Mara Camp is an eco-friendly mid-range safari camp set on 30 acres of private land within the Siana Conservancy. Overlooking the Oloolotikoshi Hills and situated on the banks of the Oloirigynyisho River, it provides a scenic vantage point where wildlife—including elephants and zebras—frequently come to drink.

 

6. Jambo Mara Safari

Jambo Mara Safari Lodge is a 4-star eco-friendly lodge situated near the eastern boundary of the Maasai Mara National Reserve. It is uniquely positioned between two streams that serve as vital water sources for local wildlife.

7. Ol Moran Tented Camp

Ol Moran Tented Camp is an intimate, mid-range safari camp located within the Maasai Mara ecosystem on the banks of the Ololaimutia River. Situated approximately 2 km from the Ololaimutia Gate, it offers easy access for early morning game drives and is a frequent watering point for wildlife like elephants and buffaloes.

8. Masai Mara Sopa Lodge

Masai Mara Sopa Lodge is a long-standing 4-star safari lodge perched on the slopes of the Oloolaimutia Hills within the eastern boundary of the Maasai Mara National Reserve. It is known for its traditional African roundhouse architecture (rondavels) and lush, mature gardens.

9. Mara Chui Resort

Mara Chui Resort is a mid-range, eco-friendly safari lodge located just outside the Oloolaimutia Gate of the Maasai Mara National Reserve. Nestled within a tree-filled landscape on the banks of the Oloolaimutia stream, the camp is known for its blend of authentic bush spirit and modern comforts.

10. Emayian Luxury Camp

Emayian Luxury Camp is an upscale, award-winning safari destination located on the Ololaimutiek Hills, approximately 1–2 km from the Ololaimutia Gate of the Maasai Mara National Reserve. The camp is designed to offer a "glamping" experience, blending high-end service with a deep connection to the wilderness.
