Advance Booking Required: Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the departure date to secure accommodation and confirm logistics where applicable.
Confirmation: Once booking is confirmed, you'll receive a detailed booking confirmation voucher via email or WhatsApp, including pickup details, what to bring, and contact information.
Nairobi National park: The game drive in Nairobi National Park starts with pick up at 6.30am to 11am. Clients can only be picked up from Nairobi CBD or at the park main gate along Langata Road. Clients from the airport or accommodations other than in the CBD should arrange own transfers to and from the pick up locations. Clients heading to the elephant orphanage or the giraffe center will also be required to arrange own transfers unless otherwise everyone in the jeep is on the same schedule and we shall facilitate the transfers at no extra cost.
Masai Mara: utilizes limited choice of accommodation options that are near each other at the Ololaimutiek gate; clients seeking accommodation other than once provided should organize private safari for ease in pick up and drop off logistics. Clients can book own accommodation and utilize our transport only option and even choose to include or not include park entry fees in the package to pay directly at the park gates.
Payments; Clients will be required to pay at least 50% downpayment for their safari and must settle balances on pick up before the commencement in cash or as advised by the travel consultant. All payments must be receipted / invoiced accordingly – Please request for your receipt / invoice whenever you make payments. Company currency exchange rates apply at all times.
Cancellations & Postponements: All payments made will be refunded in full if the cancellation or postponement is more than 24hrs in advance from the date of the safari.
Safari orientations: Clients will share the safari facilities with others. Clients are therefore advised to be good-natured and enjoy the company of others. Be prepared to encounter customs and habits, which may be different from your own, and forms part of the adventure.
Liability: The company liability to passengers carried in vehicles for transfer, excursions and tours is governed by the laws of Kenya and all claims are subject to the courts of Kenya. Whilst every care is taken, the company shall not be held liable for loss or damage to personal property and clients are advised to arrange relevant insurance and take care of their belongings. Personal medical insurances and medical conditions arising from the safari are not covered unless otherwise stated and included in the safari.
The management reserves the right to alter the excursion or subcontract any part of it to ensure a positive experience for all.
